I’m able to import my mesh into UE4, and after resolving multiple other issues, I’ve come across something that is boggling my mind. When I created the mesh, I mirrored and flipped the UVs in order to have a (roughly) seemless texture across the mesh. When I import it into UE4 and apply the texture, everything looks fine, but when I apply the APEX clothing file, it flips the normal direction for part of the mesh. I’m not sure why this would be and I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
The attached pictures show the mesh with the clothing turned off and with the clothing turned off.
