Apex Cloth Rotated Incorrectly During Simulation

I’m trying to figure out why the meshes rotate in Apex Clothing Tool. On set up it’s all good but after simulating, the hair is rotated. No collision was added yet and only the top part of the head has had disabled values painted. The rest of the hair has full. No other meshes have been weighted in any way. Z axis is set to up and imports correctly in Unreal Engine 4. Units are set to CM. The hair and body share the same Skeleton. Any Ideas why this is happening?
