Any way to limit VR motion tracking to only when game is focused?

Another newb question here, I’m developing a multiplayer VR game. When I run the game in the editor with multiple clients, all the clients track my VR movement.

I’m looking for a way to only track VR movement on the client that is currently in focus, is that possible? I’m not even finding a great way in Unreal to tell if the game has focus or not, regardless of VR or not.
