Any way to fake Refraction with Base Colour/Emissive WITHOUT using the Refraction input?

Or any other method? It needs to respect reflections and be as physically accurate as possible given the methodology.

You can set your transparent material’s opacity to zero and directly sample from SceneColor using whatever offsets you want to simulate refraction, manually darken/blend against it and write the result into the emissive output.

I’m not sure I follow, nor am I sure this method works with RTRT (Raytracing reflections, namely). Could you provide an example setup?
