Any Reasons why UE4 is stuttering for me?

I just reinstalled UE4 because I thought that may be the reason but that didn’t work I’m still getting stutters I wanted to begin to create house but I came across this.

What are your system specs?

DDR4 32GB Ram Corsair

Update GPU drivers, check if anti virus isn’t scanning something, update Windows, check if some other process isn’t using up all resources.
