Any other content developers having trouble contacting Epic?

It has been almost three weeks since my last contact with Epic. In that email my contact asked me to send in the changes we made to our asset, that they wanted done, to make it ready for the market place. I replied with the new download info and got no response. I have since contacted Epic three more times and gotten no return email. This is weird considering I was regularly receiving emails from my contact for a couple weeks prior. I get a ticket confirmation (or whatever) every time I have emailed so I know they are going through.

We have customers ready to purchase on the Marketplace but I have no idea what to do or who to contact.

What gives? Why did we get ghosted by epic? :frowning:
