My god, FAB is a complete failure. Whoever decided to release this now should be slapped.
Who made the decision?
It’s so slow.
The whole point of Megascans was that you could hunt through vast libraries are experiment and iterate quickly - it brought back that sense of immediacy into art that Unreal is known for.
Now, using FAB, it’s nothing more than a shambolic, horrendous Paean to corporate greed and stupidity.
Just constantly waiting for thumbnails to update and I can’t even type full search words. Where I used to look for some decent shiny concrete, now I am getting hundreds of expensive amateur junk items that just take so long to fill the screen - I can barely scroll through them.
I can’t even use this.
Maybe it worked when you were all showing it off to your bosses and slapping yourselves on the back for how clever you were to monetize it - but actually using it on a project is awful Truly awful.
Everyone involved, and everyone who didn’t speak up about this should be ashamed of themselves.
