Animation of a jet plane with many distincts static meshes.

Hi, it’s almost all in the title i got a jet fighter plane that is composed of a few (many) distincts parts, all made of static mesh and i was wondering how i could animate all of this. I’m strugling a bit cause as it’s not a skeletal i can’t make physics box easily and don’t know if i’ll be able to animate the control surfaces and thrusters.

So is there a trick to make all work or to convert my statics in a skeletal. First i thought i did not needed a bone as it was a plane … But apparently it’s making things a lot harder.
