Animation Montage not playing

As stated above, the Play montage blueprint wont play my animation. I’m new to UE5 so I followed this tutorial

I’ve rewatched it and I cannot find anything helpful to my issue elsewhere, provided I haven’t missed anything simple which I’m hoping is the case

Do you mean the play montage node?
Did you add a slot into the anim graph of the anim bp? Most likely what people will miss.
