Animation handling difference from 4.4.3 to 4.5 preview?


I am curious if anyone knows if there are changes from 4.4.3 to 4.5 preview.

I am experiencing some strange issue.
In 443 when i rotate my player that has ragdoll enabled he rotates fine. The ragdoll behaves as expected.
But since going to 4.5 it seems that while rotating the animation sets the physics back to frame 0 every tick while the player is rotating.
The result is a character ragdol twitching from physics pose to stiff frame 0 until the rotation is complete.

I have gone through all my blueprints and compared that, and all animation assets between my 2 versions.
They are identical.

Was discovered to be a bug with 4.5 preview. Submitted to Epic
