Animation FBX Export from Engine is Broken

There are some bad offsets being applied on FBX animation import. I tried all the way back to version 4.7, and that is the last version they worked. It’s also the last version where the “blue guy” was used instead of the updated Mannequin. Something changed in 4.8 where this broke.

Anyone found a workaround, or possibly a code fix? It makes the feature not very useful if you want to modify/fix animations from the Marketplace.
