Animation Blending Causing Double Audio Notify

Hi everyone!

I have set up footstep notifies on some animations that get blended together. But when the animation is blending between two different footstep animations; the notifies on both animations play at the same time.

Is there a way to set up a priority system of the animations to only play one at a time? Or is there a way to have a separate anim track that only plays the notify sounds once?
