Anim Composite & Skeleton Rotations

Update: I ended up using the AI method to move the character between the different points. If anyone happens to know a way to do this, I’d still love to know! thanks :slight_smile:

Hello everyone, I’m trying to stitch two animations together, my turn animation and my walk animation. After my turn animation completes, the mesh’s direction pop’s back to facing forward and plays the walk animation. I haven’t found a way to have my walk animation use the rotation of the skeleton at that current time to walk forward. I have considered tweaking the animation in maya and reimporting a walk animation for each direction, but I’m hoping there’s a more intuitive way. I also came across the idea of using some simple AI to have him walk to designated points, but I’m hoping for a solution to the animation composite way. Thanks for your help!
