Which tutorial do you mean + are you 100% sure that your BSP brush aligns perfectl + what happens when you choose another alignment mode?

Hi , yes the BSp´s align perfect when i choose another mode nothing happens :-/
Where can i remove the variation, cause i didn´t put it there.
