AI MoveTo for Pawns

I’m having a lot of trouble getting AI Move commands working for Pawns. So far this is what I’m doing:

  1. Create a new class that inherits from DefaultPawn (so it have a MovementComponent)
  2. Try to move it use Simple Move To functions in BP

This actually crashes the editor most of the time.

Do I need a Custom AI controller? Is the default AIController not enough?

I don’t want animated characters, so I am purposely working with Pawns.
