Aggressive stripping of the release build - how ?

My project has sky sphere, one static mesh, 2 textures (1024^2 and 2048^2), 2 materials, 2 sounds and after installing it on Android it takes up ~250Mb. WTF?!?!

Has anyone figured out a way to strip release build of unnecessary content to minimized download size and installed size ? Thanks.
