Hi, I’ve got problem with baking static lights. I’ve import model with Datasmith and set maps min and max resolution from 64. So pretty low.
When I start building light it takes abput 1 hour. The model has something abput 1mln verts so it’s not very heavy.
When the light is build in 100% then Unreal does “Importing built static lighting”. And somewhere about 43% who;e system is crashing.
I’ve seen system monitor and noticed that building light takes about 86% of memory (32GB). But when it gets for importing this static light it goes for 100%.
For testing I’ve done the same in Unity. With no problems. Generating UV’s was about 3 minutes and baking took 30 minutes.
Aby suggestions what can be wrong?
