I tried my best to get it connected and working, but without good result.

I already fixed (I think) Base Turn Rate and Base Look Up Rate, but I have this which I can´t fix in any way:
Is there someone who tried to do something similiar?
Can you please help me?
I will be glad if I will find someone who will tell me what to do.
