Hey Guys
I’m working on a game with choppable trees and have run into this little shadow problem. My choppable tree actor is made up of three parts, the stump, the top and the middle section that is made up of about a dozen destructible meshes. as you can see I’m getting this shadow thing going on where the different meshes butt up against each other. It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction. Is it just a setting in ue4 or is it something I have to sort inside of blender where I made the meshes? its only happening on the bottom horizontal edge and not the vertical edges between the destructible meshes. I’m using a movable directional light for my sun that will go through day and night cycles.
Thanks in advance
