Adding friction to Physics Constraint Component?

Im using a physics constraint to move/twist certain elements in the blueprint relative to others by using physical input by the player
Though currently the joints are either motorised (so they keep trying to assume 1 position) or just completely free.

Is there a way to add friction to Physics constraints so the object is more inclined to hold the position it was forced into instead of behaving like a pendulum.

Did someone solve this issue at the end? Is there a way to add friction to Physical Constraints that is not dampning value, because it doesnt take effect in PositionTargets?
