Adding blueprints to Shooter demo, not recognized when packaging?

I’ve created some blueprints in the blueprint folder of the UE4 Shooter demo. They consist of making it so there is separated head tracking from body when using the Oculus Rift. When testing in editor, it works fine, but after packaging it, I have to manually open a level from the console in order for the tracking fix to work. How can I make the blueprints work as soon as the packaged game loads?
