AddActorWorldOffset sweep not working when SceneComponent is root component

Hi, I am a newbie of UE5 and I have a question about title.
Why the Actor class dont sweep to any object when the actor’s root component is SceneComponent?
When I implement bounce coin with AddActorWorldOffset, however coin through floor although sweep is true and coinBP’s collision block floor collision type. So I try to fix and I solved with change root component to StaticMesh component. I cant understand about this.
