Activating -XRtrackingonly in UE 5.4 crashes the editor when launching NDisplay

About LLHub. I have noticed that LL Hub supports mocap sources, but I can’t find how to activate the Vive Tracker or VR controllers sources inside LL Hub. I was thinking it was the “LiveLinkInputDevice Source” to activate them, but it is stuck on “Waiting for Device” under it’s status and everything is turned on. I can’t find a way to get it to find the Vive Trackers and/Or VR controls.
