This is not really Unreal Engine related, so you should probably be speaking to the Google Play Console Team. Add a domain to your account

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using an administrator account

2. In the Admin console, go to Menu Account Domains Manage domains.

3. In Manage domains, click Add a domain.
