a quik ? about a launch problem

I am using UE4.10 and when I try to launch my game to my pc, I get errors. and I don’t know what to do about them. here is the error I get.

You may have to build the UE4 project with your IDE. Alternatively, build using UnrealBuildTool with the commandline:
UE4Game <Platform> <Configuration>

I realize it would help if I knew what I was doing, but I wont know unless I ask.
