A bad experience with Thumbnail Moderation

Excited about the First Person Camera - I endeavor to make a GunGame that uses only weapons with official support(full animations etc).

Using The Epic or the Unreal Logo is obviously prohibited, but I test the waters to see if I can reference an Epic Creation (In what I consider to be a tasteful and informative way)

The thumbnail passes moderation.

I submit a new game version with some minor tweaks and fixes.

The thumbnail fails moderation. Ok… that’s understandable, I construct a new version.

The thumbnail passes moderation.

A few days later I submit a new version with fixes. Thumbnail fails Moderation. Hmmm… What’s the correct expectation here? I know different moderators will have different opinions and levels of capabilities when it comes to exercising their judgement. Looking at the official rules It states: " …Epic Games logos, product names, or copying of our brand is not allowed."

So, technically Ballistic is now a product name. Ok. A quick search for ‘Ballistic’ reveals some inconsistences for moderation, with many Islands using “Ballistic” in their thumbnail. (And what I consider to be even more egregious, dozens of island that use ‘Ballistic’ in the island name!)

The best result that I hope for here, is that I do the same search in a month or two and find that the rule/requirement/expectation has been consistently applied.

It doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue - but I submit (what I hope to be) an acceptable thumbnail:
