5.4.2 Blueprint refrences always reset to NONE on engine restart.

In 5.4.2 all references to blueprint class based references are always returned none when opening the blueprints after engine restart. Things such as class references: Blueprint classes, blueprint enums, blueprint enum bitwise, or any thing other than object references. This is completely ruining projects. C++ classes work fine. Is there way to work around or fix this issue? I tried filing bug report but then the report just get deleted and returns an error to the case number…
