5.1.1 Skeletal Mesh's "Make Static Mesh" Breaks LOD Material Slots.

When different LODs use different materials, “Make static mesh” falsely assigns materials. An example of a case when this happens is in MetaHuman Faces. Please Fix.

Opon further investigation, this function also breaks UV’s, somehow adding a new uv channel at index zero, and reversing the order of existing channels.
