4.26 Water - changing waves source at runtime

Is there any way to change the waves source at runtime for the 4.26 water system?

I can get the waves source from one water body, and then set that as the waves source for another water body.

Floating objects seem to respond to the new waves source but the water body doesn’t change its appearance to show the new waves.

The water body just continues to show the waves source that was set in the editor.

Is there any way to change the waves source, or change the parameters of the waves source at runtime ?

I would really like to be able to change between calm seas and rough seas as the player ventures out on the ocean…

You would have to override all of the material parameters for the waves to March to whatever parameters you overwrote…
