In my case something similar happened, but it’s not with UE4, it’s the drivers of my nvidia graphics card, which I updated and the performance dropped. I went back to the previous drivers and it works fine. This leads me to think in obsolete programming to remove certain products from the market and people move to last generation graphics cards.
