Is it possible to create a build with directories on the Mac?

I don’t know much about Mac’s. I have a problem with a plugin I created. It won’t load when I create a build on my Mac. I wanted to check if the required .dylib is present. But the build on the Mac ist just one big file. I can’t find any setting to create directories. Or is there any other way I can open the large file UE4 created and see the directories there? I have disabled the .pak option.
