4.25 can't find option to "Run dedicated server"

I can’t test my project with dedicated server. Old versions have checkbox for start with it,

but in my current version (4.25.4) i cant find.

Did you ever figure this out?

I think if you set as Play as Client, that is the same as Run Dedicated server, it will make one for you in the background.
