4.22 Remove ISM Instance STILL not working in packaged builds???

So I see that this has been a recurring issue since about 4.16, and that in 4.19 there was an option called ‘dynamic instance buffer’ which seemed to fix this in packaged builds, that option is now gone and I am unable to remove instanced static mesh instances in packaged versions of my game even though it works flawlessly in the editor, is there something I’m missing or am I basically SOL until Epic feels like they want to fix this feature?
