4.22 Blueprint Nativization causes Packaging to fail.

Been working on a VR project in UE4 4.22 that is primarily C++ based with some Blueprint code mixed in. The Blueprint code is primarily used for UI elements with a small amount being used for core functionality. In an attempt to increase performance I enabled Blueprint Nativization which works in the editor. However, once I go to package the project it fails. It doesn’t matter if Nativization is set to inclusive or exclusive and it doesn’t matter if there are 15 Blueprint set to be Nativized or no Blueprint set to be nativized it seems to fail to package as long as Nativization is enabled. It will package with no errors once I disable Nativization. Any idea what could be causing this? These are the errors it is throwing:

I’ve tried building from Source as well with no luck.
