I just dowloaded UE4.13 and when I tried to enable the Git source control I couldn’t see the email and password fields and only for the first time I opened the window on the print I could see other two checkboxes and another button, now they dissappeared.

Having this issue as well, would really like to see a reply/update to this.
I just found out that the Git plugin only supports local repositories. What I did to get it working was: downloaded TortoiseGit, cloned my repository from github with it, copied all my project files into that repository folder and then just committed and pushed the chages the github repo. I don’t use the UE4 Git plugin anymore, only TortoiseGit.
