[4.11] Rotating an Instanced Static Mesh Component by 180 Degree scales it smaller

540 works well but 450 doesn’t.
.999 or .99999 generate the gap.
.9999,like 89.9999,269.9999 no gap.

Maybe OS problem?
My OS is Windows 10 64bit
