4.11 messed stationary light bounds?

Hi all.
I’ve had issues in the past with stationary lights’ shadows flickering on characters (due to the bounds, apparently).
I placed all the lights so they are far enough for the shadows to work properly in 4.10, but now in 4.11 I’m having the same issue:

Character needs to be at least 3-4 meters away from the light source to cast shadows properly, which is way too much (before it was around 1 meter).

Were light bounds changed in 4.11? Is there any way to solve this?

Character bounds seem good (it has a Physics Asset), and it worked fine in 4.10, but now apparently I need to double or triple the distances, which is impossible in many cases.

EDIT: Ok, part of the problem was due to ApexClothing. Still looking for a way to make character bounds box smaller…
