3rd person camera going under ground, "BlockAll" on landscape not working with camera.

Hi, I’m having collision problems with setting up a third person camera.

The problem concerns the continuous clipping of the camera with the landscape/ground/terrain when I look from the bottom up, going down with the camera, despite all the settings for clipping and collisions of the ground, the camera continues to pass under the landscape/ground/terrain.

This happens regardless of when I zoom in and out with the mouse wheel. (unless it is less than the character’s height)

Anyone have a solution? Some people told me “put a giant plane and make it invisible and with only WorldStatic collision” but the map I am making is not suitable for the idea …
