3D Widget buttons hover on mouse over but wont fire events when I click

I have posted the question on the answerhub but no help so far.

I have created a pawn that rotates on a UMG button click (Works when i add the widget to screen but i want it overlaid on a object ) now I wanted the widget in 3D world space overlaid on a static mesh. How I have set it up it detects my mouse hovering over the button but when I click it doesn’t do anything i made a new button and made it fire a print string when clicked and it wont work but it detects my mouse hover.

Can someone help me solve the issue i am having?
