32 X 32 X 32 volume data .raw 8 bit in unreal Engine 4

Hi, I have some point cloud, want to create 32 X 32 X 32 volume .raw 8 bit data in unreal Engine 4.
I want to write it in c++

If there is any sample code describing how to create .raw data, in UE4 c++, then please forward me.
Any advise will be a big help !
