[4.7.5]Renamed AnimNotifies don't update their BP event

Whenever I rename one of my anim notifies from the “Manage Notifies” window the corresponding Blueprint event for that nofity retains the original name. Since they no longer match when the notify is triggered it doesn’t find an event in the BP with the same name, and my logic never gets executed. The only way to get the name changed is to delete the notify and add another.

I have a somewhat worse problem, when I rename the notify, not only does the event name not change, but the new renamed event is not available to select as a replacement in the anim blueprint either.

This sounds like a separate issue. Can I ask that you enter this as a new answerhub post?

Workaround for Macw0lf’s issue is to restart the editor. The AnimNotify will still be incorrect, but you can now create new ones that match the new name.

2 years passed, and it seems that this bug is still there?
