I just made some new sprites to use in a 2d project for a floor. I setup the collision and everything as far as i know. But when i play the game my character just does his moving animation and stand in place without me doing anything. I know its something wrong with my floor sprites but im not sure where i messed up. Im using a tileset ive made a small map with the floor on and it has collision. Other then that its a fresh project nothing changed in the character blueprint.
The paper2d character that comes with the 2dproject has 2 properties for iddle and running animation, you can change them to use the animation you want to use. Appart from that, if you want better or finer animations you have to create those states by hand or code.
