I don’t know if the Launcher has updated, if it hasn’t and you’ve all manually updated, copy over the content files again to make sure nothing screwed up even in the slightest the last time - it helps to completely unpack the folder before copying over so there’s no chance of “temp” files/folders misbehaving. Else, verify the DevKit if it has updated to 238.
