Hi.
Always error at launch Epic Games Launcher 32 or 64
Reinstall directx and .net, not help
Here log of DWalker

Found solution.

I am delete D3DCOMPILER_43.DLL from System32 and SysWOW64 folder and reinstall DirectX and now all works)
