IES Profile Lighting Artefacts?

Anybody seen these strange shadowing artefacts when using IES Profiles before? (Video is Unlisted, try not to spam it everywhere)

There’s like a strange ‘shadow volume’ being generated around the objects I’m looking at. Can’t work this one out…
