Here’s the ribbon particle trail I’ve been using for my Light Cylce fan game I’ve been making for my boy.
It’s my first attempt at using particle FX really so there’s bound to be some glaringly obvious things wrong to someone who knows what they’re doing.
Massive thanks to Rama whose UDK and UE4 articles on the subject of Ribbon particles have been invaluable.
You probably don’t need to fire the event but I’m adding collision at the position of each particle inside my Blueprint.
