Need help with overlapping UVs

Hello Unreal Community!

When I export this model from Maya, I made sure there was no overlapping UVs for the 2nd UV set, it looks like this:

However once I import it to UE4, it some how ends up with some overlapping UVs:

Thanks for your help in advance.

Do you probably have more than 3 uv channels?

Here are more information about lightmaps:

Enable Use Full Precision UVs in static mesh editor > Details panel > LOD0 and see if it helps. Even if it does you need to split that mesh into 2 or more parts and unwrap the UV’s again though. Currently you wont get good results with this UV layout even if you dont have overlapping UVs and no matter how high res. you go.
