Setting path to VR

Is there any way to make the unreal recognize an object coming from Max so you can walk in it? For example: I imported a small project from Max, with a porch with a small stair that goes down to the farm that has a footpath, pool and grass. I want to use VR glasses and walk on the floor and balcony and go up and down the stairs, but I do not want to walk on the grass or the pool. I have the object of the porch floor and the sidewalk separated.
