Twin-house Archviz

Hi
This is an archviz of twin-house designed by my wife and created by me.
Just still images by now, but I am going to make some clip soon.

Definitely UE4 has a lot of potential in archviz.

Great Job ! For my taste the lighting is perfect. Did you use HDRI ?

Thanks!
Yes I used HDRI in skylight ( BP-Studio ) and a little light of the SUN.
All Static, cause Lightmap gives best shadows in UE4.
I do not use any movable or stationary light sources.

I really thought it was hdri.
It’s amazing the revolution we’re going through in the archviz area. Imagine the time it takes to render each image using traditional workflow. Now we have a realtime no-linear model. The only limitation i see at the moment is the quality of refraction, but I believe it will be better soon.

Looks good Muchasty, btw it’s ok to use a stationary sunlight. A stationary light is a static light that uses dynamic high precision shadows close by. Set the “Dynamic Distance Stationary Light” to something close e.g. 500 and you will have precise shadows for close ups (below 5.00 m) without loosing all the good lighting that is baked by light mass. Performance should stay about the same. Just give it a try.
