Does ConvertWorldLocationToScreenLocation/ProjectWorldToScreen include things behind the camera?

When using ConvertWorldLocationToScreenLocation/ProjectWorldToScreen and the location of the actor in question is behind the camera, will it still project its world location onto the screen if the actor is still within the bounds of the screen?
